This is a free visit where we will get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. Some people just do not mesh well, and that is not the person you want to have around you when giving birth! This is also a chance for you to ask any questions about my role as a doula.
If we are a good match, contracts may be signed at this time.
On call Support Starting at 37 Weeks
This means I will have my ringer on waiting for that "I think I'm in labor!" call. I will take all calls in a timely manor and get to you when it is time.

From the time of the contract signing to 2 weeks post partum, you may text or emial me at anytime. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Support During Labor
Labor support can start when you go to the hospital, or when you are laboring at home. I am here for it all. I will stay with you until up to 2 hours after birth to be sure you are doing well and to help with breastfeeding.
Digest with a doula
$50/half-hour
Prenatal Appointment
This is a 1-2 hour meeting we will discuss your birth plan, expectations, likes and dislikes, hopes and stressors. I will provide some information on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I will also answer any questions you have.
Postpartum Visit
Post Birth check-ins are about an hour and a time to digest your birth, celebrate baby, and ask any questions you have.

Digest with a doula is a time to meet with me in person or virtually to talk about whatever you need to talk about. I have found that it is hard to discuss difficult topics surrounding pregnancy/birth without harmful or unhelpful feed back from others. So weather you want to talk about how uncomfortable you are, fears about birth, or want to digest a previous birth, I am here for you. I come as a birth professional without judgment to be a supporter of your feelings.
